Learning Curve

So, Monday was a bit of a learning curve!!

8 trips to and from school, which at approx. 30 minutes each way = 4 hours!  ... except two of the trips ( took 1 hour)...so planning ahead is going to be BIG here!!
And football on Monday definately needs a new plan --- 2 trips to get kids to school (11/2 hours)

  • 2 trips to pick up Nick & Cole after Jazz Band (which Nick absolutely LOVED), 1 hour
  • 2 trips to drop Cole off at football @ 6:30 (1 1/2 hour)
  • 2 trips to pick up Cole from football (1 hour)
While I was driving, dad was meeting and meeting... to get the plans for today all set.  After his long day we met up at the mission office at 5:00. From 5:00 to 6:00 had pictures for visa and papers then headed off to drop Cole off at Football.  Dropped him off, went to get 300 juice boxes for zone conferences and was 30 minutes late picking up Cole (so dangerous!) and made it home by 9:30 p.m.  In time to pack for tomorrow and head to bed...  haven't figured out dinner yet...

The kids have gotten home about 9:00 every night from school.  So today is figure out a schedule/plan day for me.

Dad left for 2 zone conferences today, about 4 hours away.  In between the conferences he will be meeting with the local Stake Presidents.  His MTC translator hasn't finished his materials so he was off at 7:00 am with "purse" without "script"... tomorrow he will have 2 more ZC with Stake Presidents meetings in between also.  He will be home Wednesday night.

SO, PRAY FOR DAD!!  He is pretty concerned about the day, but he is feeling great and has had very, very long, good, days.

Squeeze little Anderson for me and tell Tanner and Kate "Hola" from Nana and Papa John!

Love you all,

Mom
